Gentle Flow

This class is a great introduction to yoga.  Gentle flow will give you a strong foundation to basic yoga poses, breathing techniques and overall personal awareness while giving you enough movement to feel energized.  This practice builds strength, tones and detoxifies.  All levels welcome.

Guided Meditation

The focus of this class is learning/practicing "quieting the mind".  This class will begin with some gentle yoga poses followed by breathing techniques. The last portion of the class will be spent on a meditation practice training the mind to rise above the mental chatter, increase present awareness, create a sense of well being, promote relaxation and numerous other health benefits.  Beginners are encouraged to give this a try.

This is a unique blend of physical and spiritual experiences that will enlighten and invite you to deepen your practice in new ways.  Through a guided practice of dynamic physical movements, this yoga of awareness uses breathing techniques, mudras, mantras, meditation and relaxation. All levels of experience welcome!

Morning Blend

A restful blend of Vinyasa, myofascial work, and restorative yoga. Cultivate mindful awareness of your physical body, breath, mind, and spirit as you warm and stretch your muscles then sink into the stillness of supported restorative poses.

This mat Pilates class uses controlled exercises using props to dramatically transform the way your body looks, feels and performs while also connecting with the mind. It builds strength without excess bulk, and conditions the whole body.  All levels welcome.

Pilates Barre

This class is the same as Pilates, except it uses the wall-mounted barre as a prop to balance in order to go further into some of the stretches or poses.  All levels welcome.

Power Vinyasa Flow

This style of vinyasa yoga is a dynamic and challenging combination of strength, sweat and spirituality. This is our regular vinyasa class with a faster pace and a few more challenging postures.  Emphasizing strong, balancing, and standing poses, it will tone muscles while calming your mind. Within the consistency of this structured class, there are many modifications and variations that serve the needs of all experience levels.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga typically involves only five or six poses each class.  These poses are supported by props that allow you to completely relax and rest.  Restorative poses are held for five minutes or more.  These poses include light twists, seated forward folds and gentle back bends.  Great for beginners. All levels welcome.

Revival Sculpt

Barre Sculpt is composed of yoga poses, traditional strength and cardio training.  The sequence of moves will help stretch the muscles while strengthening them through a fun workout using weights and the occasional barre. This is a full-body workout. All levels welcome.

Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa style practice emphasizes a continuous flow of movement using sun salutations and dynamic breathing. Each part of the body is explored and worked in a deep and mindful way. This practice builds strength, tones and detoxifies. This class moves at a quick pace; therefore, some yoga experience is helpful prior to starting this class. All levels welcome.

Yoga Nidra

Enjoy yogic sleep as you are taken through a guided meditation that systematically brings awareness to each part of the body.  You will find a deep state of relaxation while still maintaining full consciousness.  This ancient practice of Yoga Nidra is said to help reduce symptoms of stress and anxiety. All levels welcome.

Yin Yoga

This practice is designed to help you sit longer, and more comfortably, in meditation by stretching connective tissue around the joints (mainly the knees, pelvis, sacrum, and spine). A passive practice, Yin Yoga involves variations of seated and supine poses typically held for three to five minutes, accessing deeper layers of fascia. Yin is similar to Restorative, but focuses more on stretching connective tissue.  All levels welcome.

This class is about balancing Yin and Yang to have each student leave feeling completely renewed.  You will begin with a 30 minute Vinyasa Flow series focusing on breath with movement to build heat. This is followed by 30 minutes of Yin Yoga to restructure connective tissues, increase flexibility, and open up energy channels. All levels welcome.
