Training begins Saturday, September 28th 2019 and will run for one/two weekends a month (Saturday and Sunday, see specific schedule below) through February 2020. We will meet from 1:00 pm - 6:00 pm each day.

MEET YOUR INSTRUCTORS
Megan Doyle, E-RYT, YACEP, LMT
Founder of Revival Yoga Wellness Studio & Revival Aerial Yoga
She was born and raised in Palos Heights and moved back to her home town with her family in 2012. She is on a personal journey of giving back to what yoga has done for her.. with that, Revival was born. The need for a space with functional class times and offerings; the location found itself in her home town of Palos Heights.
Megan's love for yoga started over 19 years ago when she realized the benefit of the physical aspect after the birth of her first child. It wasn't until 2008 when she fully appreciated the eight limbs of yoga; the mind/body connection and what a powerful impact it has on life.
Through completing the 200 hour teacher training program at Moksha Yoga Center in Chicago, IL and under the guidance of Daren Friesen; her love and knowledge of the yoga practice grew. She is grateful to have studied with master teachers; Seane Corn, Tias Little and Aadil Palkhivala. Later, she completed Catherine Ashton's Yoga Trauma Informed program, to gain knowledge and tools to help those can be have suffered different levels of trauma in their life.
To add some diversity to her teaching style, Megan became a certified Aerial Yoga teacher, in addition to completing and receiving a certification in Yoga Sculpt with Nicole Kowalski.
Megan is a graduate from the Soma Institute for Clinical Massage Therapy in Chicago, where she obtained her license for Massage Therapy.
Kerri Lampos, E-RYT, YACEP
Kerri, the grateful owner of Revival Yoga Fitness Studio, holds two bachelors’ degrees in education and psychology as well as a master’s degree in educational psychology. With a background in business and education, she discovered her true passion is in empowering people in a variety of ways.
Kerri decided to combine her passion and background to empower people through yoga, wellness, and philosophy in a yoga studio to serve her home community of Marco Island and expand to a second location in Naples. Meanwhile, she teaches both psychology and student skills at Florida SouthWestern State College (FSW). To further her mission, she also serves as a guest speaker for local clubs and organizations to spread awareness about the many benefits of wellness, mindfulness, and breath work.
Julia Szilagyi, E-RYT, YACEP
Julia was born in Cleveland, Ohio and raised in Naples, Florida. She attended Florida State University, where she studied Environmental Science and Policy with a minor in Communications. While at Florida State, Julia experienced chronic anxiety, weight gain, and depression.
Julia took her first yoga class in 2011 after a close friend insisted she try it to combat her anxiety. Kicking and screaming she attended, but as cliche as she knows it sounds, after that first class, she was hooked. After years of not having a way to decipher her emotions while still honoring her body, she had found the medicine she’d been looking for.
After graduating, moving around the country, and landing back in Tallahassee working for the government, the anxiety slowly crept back in. She knew it was time to make drastic change, so she did. Julia quit her job, ended her relationship, left Tallahassee, and flew straight to Yandara Yoga Institute in Baja, Mexico to start her 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training. This was May, 2015, about 4 years after that first Yoga class.
Since then, she has acquired her ERYT-200, and has become a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider. Currently, she manages Revival Yoga Fitness Studio with 2 locations in Marco Island and Naples, Florida. With nearly 2000 hours of teaching under her belt, she has taught sessions for Professional Athletes, Fortune 500 CEO’s, and more importantly, hundreds of students in her local area. She is a firm believer that in order to be an excellent teacher, you MUST be a curious (and patient) student. So, she continues to do as many trainings, classes, and workshops as she possibly can, bringing this knowledge to her students and showing them they have the power to heal within them from many different Yogic modalities. Julia has trained with master teachers Seane Corn, Taylor Harkness, and Rodney Yee, and she is also a Holistic Health Coach and Reiki Master. A $500 non-refundable deposit for the program must be paid at time of registration. If choosing early-bird option, registration must be paid IN FULL by August 17th. If choosing regular option, registration must be paid IN FULL by September 21st. Cancellation Policy is detailed below.

If a client cancels at least 6 weeks prior to the start date of the Training, he/she will receive a refund of all tuition paid as of such cancellation date, except for the $500 non-refundable deposit. If a client cancels prior to the start of the training but within 6 weeks of the start of the training, he/she will not be entitled to a refund of any tuition paid; however, he/she will receive a credit that can be used towards a future Revival Yoga training program equal to 100% of all tuition paid as of such cancellation date, less the $500 non-refundable deposit. If a client cancels on or following the start date of the training, he/she will not be entitled to a refund of any tuition paid; however, he/she will receive a credit to be used towards a future Revival Yoga teacher training program that must be used in full. Any and all tuition credit received will expire 12 months from the date of payment.
This training is a commitment. If for any reason you cannot attend a weekend, you will need to organize a make-up date with your instructors ASAP in order to receive your certification. Any unexcused absence without prior approval is cause for removal from the program without a refund. Revival Yoga Fitness Studio reserves the right to cancel a program at any time. If Revival Yoga Fitness Studio should cancel the program, a full refund or credit towards a future program will be issued. Revival Yoga Fitness Studio reserves the right to amend this policy at its sole discretion.
